Tamta Mamulaidze is an AgriTech & AI Integration Expert and Public Policy Specialist with a strong focus on applying technology and digital tools across sectors to drive inclusive and sustainable development.
She currently serves as the Head of the AgriTech & Innovations Department and Youth Working Group Manager at the Georgian Farmers’ Association (GFA), the country’s leading organisation advancing farmer empowerment, sustainable agriculture, and digital innovation in rural areas. https://gfa.org.ge/
At GFA, Tamta leads a wide range of strategic and innovation-focused projects, including AI-powered tools, smart farming pilots, policy initiatives, youth engagement programs, and climate-resilient solutions. Her work is grounded in connecting cutting-edge technologies with real community needs to create a measurable, lasting impact.
She holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and has over eight years of experience in the public sector, where she has worked on planning and analysing educational programs and infrastructure development projects.
Tamta has led several impactful youth-centred initiatives, including Hack Days Georgia and Girls Empowerment Events, aimed at increasing access to innovation, leadership, and opportunity for young people in Georgia.
She is the co-creator of Agronavti AI, an artificial intelligence–driven platform that helps farmers make smarter decisions through tailored, data-backed recommendations. Her broader work at GFA includes international collaboration, innovation strategy, and mentoring young talent in agriculture and technology.
In addition to her work at GFA, Tamta teaches at leading Georgian universities, including the Business and Technology University (BTU), where she mentors students in AgriTech, a course she authored, as well as in public policy and digital transformation.
She is the author of several articles and the book “AgriTech AI”, co-authored with Ilia Trapaidze, contributing to the growing discourse on the future of smart farming and rural innovation.
Currently, Tamta is co-developing HumAi with Nino Zambakhidze, Chairwoman of GFA, a platform that enables individuals and teams to bring their tech ideas to life. Whether via voice or text, users can describe the kind of digital product they need, making the development process more intuitive, inclusive, and accessible to all.
