Anamaria Moisa has over eight years of experience in the NGO sector, beginning her journey as a student in youth and student organizations in Bucharest. Between 2018 and 2021, she served as President of the Society of Student Volunteers and held leadership roles within the National Federation of Students from Romania—acting as Regional Director of the Training Department in 2020 and National Director in 2021. These roles helped her develop strong competencies in project management, proposal writing, leadership, teamwork, and public speaking. She has coordinated more than 15 projects, many centered on training and youth development.
Since 2019, Anamaria has been active as a trainer, officially accredited in 2021, and has facilitated over 40 training sessions. Currently, she is part of the Se Poate NGO, where she further develops her skills in project management, project design and non-formal education. Within the Se Poate branch located in a rural area, she manages Erasmus+ projects and has played a central role in implementing two youth participation projects focused on local youth policies. Her leadership has also led to the formation of a young, dynamic coordination team. The branch has established a dedicated youth space—designed, furnished, and activated with and for local young people—which now serves as a vibrant hub for youth-led activities and community engagement."
I empower young people in rural areas through inclusive education, participatory projects, and cultural initiatives—fostering local leadership, social innovation, and sustainable community development.
