Tina Koler is a legal expert and development consultant whose career is deeply rooted in sustainable regional growth, community empowerment, and participatory governance. Based in Slovenia, she began her journey at the Development Agency of Idrija and Cerkno, where she championed initiatives in entrepreneurship, spatial planning, and human resource development. Her extensive experience coordinating EU-funded projects—such as City Centre Doctor and Re-grow City—strengthened her focus on integrated urban regeneration and inclusive policymaking.
Over the years, Tina has become a leading figure in bridging rural and urban development. Through her consultancy, she fosters bottom-up, citizen-led approaches that connect communities and open up new local opportunities.
