Mario Cusmai is a professional futurist and senior researcher whose work sits at the crossroads of innovation and education. At INAPP, he explores methodological innovation within the lifelong learning framework, designing learning experiences that blend rigor and creativity. His distinctive expertise spans blended learning, digital storytelling, and the application of emotional intelligence in education. Mario also designs peer-learning initiatives inspired by the “Manifesto of the Pedagogy of Beauty,” turning aesthetic awareness into a practical driver of inclusion, motivation, and social impact.
A certified MTa® and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, he uses play and structured creativity to help adult learners make sense of complexity and translate insights into action. He has authored several publications on play and innovation in adult learning, highlighting how game-based methods and reflective narratives can foster skills development, collaboration, and future-oriented thinking.
