Marina Milanović is a consultant and project manager specialising in European programmes and rural development. She holds a Master’s degree in Science and Education from the University of Niš (Serbia) and has completed advanced training in applied behaviour analysis at the University of Kansas (USA).
Based in Serbia, she works with EuroBridge Consulting, supporting cities, municipalities and villages across Europe in accessing and managing EU funds. As president of Digital Decanters, she promotes the social and entrepreneurial revival of rural territories through creative initiatives that connect digital innovation, community engagement and cultural heritage.
Marina collaborates closely with Crea360 (Spain) on Erasmus+, CERV and URBACT projects, fostering networks that link local authorities and young professionals throughout Europe. She has contributed to initiatives such as iPLACE URBACT and Green & Health URBACT, focused on sustainable urban and rural regeneration.
Fluent in English and Serbian, with working knowledge of Spanish, Marina brings a mix of strategic vision, pedagogical insight and enthusiasm for lifelong learning. Her work reflects a belief that collaboration, honesty and shared purpose are the strongest tools for revitalising Europe’s rural and highland areas.
